I paid, why didn't I receive a confirmation?
If you have not received an e-mail ten minutes after paying saying your Bitcoin has been received correctly, this is either because you did not use the correct payment code (i.e. paid too less) or because your account has not yet been verified (> €100). It is wise to contact our customer service in that case.
How can I pay anonymously using iDEAL, Mistercash or a Banktransfer?
To guarantee absolute privacy and anonymity, we use a bitcoin exchange office as a third party. This makes it absolutely impossible for your payment card and/or payment account to be linked to your order. You pay us via iDEAL, Mistercash or a Banktransfer with Euros, but we are paid in Bitcoin.

What is Bitcoin?

When does my order arrive?
Once your payment has been received and your order has been shipped, it will take one to two business days for your order to be delivered to the postal address you provided. Orders going abroad do on average four business days.
Why is the order more expensive than the product price?
The final amount is always slightly higher than the product price. This is because of the transaction costs of the exchange offices. For example, if you pay € 15.50, we receive € 15.00 We do not charge shipping costs as a compensation.
